WISE AS A --- GOOSE?!

Geese are underappreciated. Who hasn't heard the expression, "Silly as a goose." Yet geese know something we don't. They know how to practice cooperation for the good of all. So, while some geese are relaxing and filling the tank --

Others are keeping a watchful eye out for intruders.

And when we intruded, someone issued the yellow alert ---

--- which immediately attracted a few more sentries.

It was time to move the clan!

We noticed that the big guy -- the first sentinel -- was last off the ground as all flew away.

There is a lesson to be learned from this story, I am sure. Perhaps we should all become as wise as geese?
