When we go out we frequently see people walking their dogs. And although the dog is on a leash, I ask myself, "Who is REALLY in charge here?"
This pair is my husband Craig and our dog Sassy. They appear to be equals, standing side by side. In reality, Sassy is just barely restraining herself.
Other dogs seem to lead their their masters. This beautiful boy certainly has a take-charge attitude!
And finally, there are those who just barely tolerate the embarrassment. This little fellow just kept pulling his mistress forward as if to say, "Why don't you take off YOUR shoes and walk on this gravel for a while?"
And they say it's a dog's life!
