OCTOBER? REALLY!

The weather is a trifle nippy - we've had frost. In October! But folks still want to get out in the sunshine when Ol' Sol deigns to make an appearance.

Some people are still sailing --- although they're much more warmly dressed.

Some are even swimming - in a wetsuit, of course. Brrrr!

Some enjoy playing on the bank.

While others fish ...

... a new generation learns to fish.

There are hidden watchers ...

... and joyful rompers. (Hey, Mom, how did the water get so cold?)

October gleaming draws us out of our caves and into light!
