Our neighbor grows the most spectacular orchids and occasionally he invites us to visit them. On our way there, we passed his daphne odora. Daphne was more than pleased to pose.
You can almost smell her sweet, lemony fragrance as she basks in the afternoon sun!
However, she has lots of company just next door in the greenhouses.

We are living in a time of great worry and yet we can still stop and take a good look at what we do have. Our sight, our sense of smell, our neighbors, friends, and family. For just a minute we can stand in awe of the beauty around us.
